About NAPLAN
NAPLAN is an annual assessment for all students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9. It tests the types of skills that are essential for every child to progress through school and life.
It is important to remember that NAPLAN is not about passing or failing, but about assessing learning progress.
The tests cover skills in reading, writing, spelling, grammar and punctuation, and numeracy.
The assessments are undertaken every year in the second full week in May.
Year 7
2022 NAPLAN Online Testing will be conducted in Week 3 Tuesday 10 May to Week 4 Wednesday 18 May.

All students will need to bring a pencil and earphones/headphones with a cable. Bluetooth or Apple headphones are not suitable. Students can use the public demonstration site to familiarise themselves with the types of questions & tools available in the NAPLAN Online Tests.
Year 9
